From Nyack and Tappan Zee:

Take New York State Thruway west to Exit 14. Pier One Imports is on your right.
At end of ramp, make right onto Route 59 West and proceed to the very first light. You can see the brown brick building with the mirrored windows from here.
Make a right onto New Clarkstown Road. Get into the left lane quickly.
At the first light make a left onto Perlman Drive.
Make an immediate left into the driveway of the building. Suite #204.

From Upper Rockland and Upstate N.Y. via Palisades Parkway:

Palisades Parkway South to Exit 9 West.
Take New York State Thruway west one mile to Exit 14. Pier One Imports is on your right.
At end of ramp, make right onto Route 59 West and proceed to the very first light. You can see the brown brick building with the mirrored windows from here.
Make a right onto New Clarkstown Road. Get into the left lane quickly.
At the first light make a left onto Perlman Drive.
Make an immediate left into the driveway of the building. Suite #204.

From Suffern and Upstate N.Y. Via Thruway:

Thruway East/South towards Tappan Zee Bridge
Get off Exit 14 / Spring Valley / Route 59 West. Stay in right lane on exit ramp.
At end of ramp make a right onto Route 59 West.
Go to the third light, about ¼ mile, and make a right onto New Clarkstown Road. You can see the brown brick building with the mirrored windows from here. Get into the left lane quickly.
At the first light make a left onto Perlman Drive.
Make an immediate left into the driveway of the building. Suite #204.

From New Jersey via the Palisades Parkway:

Palisades North to Exit 9 West onto the New York State Thruway.
Go one mile to Exit 14, “Spring Valley / Nanuet / Route 59”
At end of ramp, make right onto Route 59 West and proceed to the very first light. You can see the brown brick building with the mirrored windows from here.
Make a right onto New Clarkstown Road. Get into the left lane quickly.
At the first light make a left onto Perlman Drive.
Make an immediate left into the driveway of the building. Suite #204.

From New Jersey via the Garden State Parkway:

Take Garden State Parkway North to the top. Stay in the right lane
Fork right onto “Nanuet / Tappan Zee Bridge / 287 South
Stay in the right lane on the exit ramp.
DO take the Nanuet exit that is on your right. Go to bottom of hill.
At light make left onto Pascack road.
Go under overpass, through two lights, and under a second overpass (Route 59).
Immediately after going under the second overpass make right onto Perlman Drive. If you reached a one-lane tunnel you have gone too far.
Make immediate right into our driveway. Suite #204.
